A few details make the visit easier.

Tell us which appliance is affected, what it is doing and where the service is needed. You do not need to diagnose the component yourself.

Our WhatsApp form prepares a message for you to send; it does not automatically confirm an appointment. Wait for a response from the team with a visit window.

questions

Your questions, answered.

What happens between an enquiry and a confirmed appointment?

You send your appliance and location details, the team checks coverage and availability, and a visit window is agreed directly with you.

Can I enquire about two appliances in one message?

Yes. Select both appliances in the enquiry form and describe each issue clearly. The team can confirm whether they can be inspected during the same visit.

Do I need to identify the faulty spare part myself?

No. Describe what happens and when. Diagnosing the cause is part of inspection, and guessing a part can lead to an unnecessary repair.

Will every repair be finished during the inspection visit?

No. Some problems may be resolved on the first visit, while others require a compatible part, further testing or a separately agreed repair arrangement.

How should I prepare the appliance area before a visit?

Provide safe access and adequate lighting, move personal items away from the working area, and keep children clear. Do not open electrical covers yourself.

Can a family member coordinate the visit instead of me?

Yes. Give the team the contact details of the adult coordinating access, with their permission, and make clear who can approve the estimate.

What should I ask before approving a spare part?

Ask about model compatibility, the part description, price, availability and any applicable warranty. The website does not promise original-manufacturer parts for every model.

Can I decline the proposed repair after inspection?

Yes. The initial inspection remains free. Ask for an explanation of the diagnosis and estimate before deciding.

What should I do if the same symptom returns after service?

Contact the team with the repair date, appliance model and a description of the returning symptom. Keep any estimate or service details available for review.

Is online payment required to open the enquiry form?

No. The site prepares a WhatsApp enquiry and does not collect a payment or process a card transaction.
